Firstly I can’t help feel a little for all those that went for the chance to be on Stage with RW this Friday at ‘The London Palladium’ and am sorry if you didn’t get the role this time. Knowing so many of those that applied personally, it also was a little bit of a wrench knowing for myself knowing you would have been amazing but we was looking for a certain look. That said it was equally nice to have so many new faces and people that i hope I can give work to in the future.
I will just say it was by far the biggest ever casting I have worked on and took me 2 days to go through all the applications but hey that’s my job, I realise this and although I get a little disappointed for those that don’t get the role the other part of my job is making dreams come true so I look forward to when we can do something like this again in the future.
Lastly if it helps with only ten places at stake to perform at the Palladium this Friday with Mr Williams on the night that did make the odds a little short for each individual but thanks for your time in applying. I want to wish you all the best, you all did the right thing by sending us your application, never give up on your dreams.
Was a pleasure to do and see so many people want to be part of it, Thanks again.
Have a great day everyone.
One of the biggest names in pop Robbie Williams takes to the stage of ‘The London a Palladium’ in a one off sell out show on Friday 8th November and we are giving the right applicant a chance to be in the show.
We are looking for a few extras that will be on stage performing with RW on one of his hit songs, the brief is quite strict and so please read the following carefully before you apply.
We are looking for people both male and female that have character faces. Think ‘Les Misérables’ colloquially known as Les Mis or Les Miz meets ‘Oliver Twist’ meets ‘Burke and Hare’. We would welcome those people to apply with warm or rugged lived in faces and those with distinguished features. Beards for the men are good and long hair for the woman but even if you don’t have that look we don’t want that to put you off applying,
We will need a photo to send to the artistic director of the show so please provide that along with an email and phone number we can get you on thats a reliable way to get in touch should you be chosen.
You must also be available for a rehearsal next Thursday 7th November and then for the show on Friday 8th November in London.
This is am sure will be a fantastic job for the correct person with the required look that the director is looking for, please have a look at the images posted to give you an idea of what the team are looking for, we need your images and details ASAP please.
Send clear images of yourself, email and contact number ASAP to firstname.lastname@example.org
